Our Mission
Developing Programmers exists for the developers who build, maintain, and integrate marketing technology. The MarTech stack has become one of the most complex engineering environments in modern software — hundreds of platforms, APIs, event streams, and data pipelines all needing to work together. We write the technical documentation that doesn’t exist anywhere else.
What We Cover
MarTech Tools — Honest technical assessments of CRMs, CDPs, email platforms, analytics tools, and ad tech. Not marketing copy — actual implementation notes.
Integrations & APIs — Step-by-step guides for connecting marketing platforms. REST APIs, webhooks, event schemas, and the gotchas that only show up at 2am in production.
Analytics — Implementation guides for GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, and building attribution models that actually reflect reality.
Automation — Developer-level documentation for HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, and building automated workflows that don’t break when the marketing team changes the campaign.
Developer Guides — Tag management, tracking architecture, SDK implementation, and everything a developer needs to own the technical layer of a marketing stack.
About the Editorial Team
Articles are published under the collective byline “The editors of Developing Programmers.” This site does not name individual authors. The editorial team comprises developers with backgrounds in MarTech integration + API architecture, analytics implementation + attribution, and marketing-automation workflow development — but we attribute work to the publication rather than to individuals.
